We are Bound by Fate….
We are Bound by Fate - a family owned and operated Farm Brewery, located in the historic village of Schuylerville, NY - site of the British surrender at the Battles of Saratoga, turning point of the American Revolution. Bound by Fate Brewing was born out of a vision that good beer connects us to the past, and brings us together to forge the future.
History is writ in beer - and American Craft Beer nowadays is a celebration of all of it. While Prohibition devastated the US beer industry, and the consolidation that followed finished off the smaller players, the void left behind created a terrible thirst. It is that thirst which drives us, and has done so since homebrewing was legalized by President Carter. A legion of homebrewers has been tinkering since; reclaiming our various cultural inheritances, resurrecting that which was nearly forgotten, and pushing the boundaries of what is possible (and what is delicious). Most of the nation's best Craft Breweries emerged from their ranks. Bound by Fate is excited to be part of this tradition.
Brett, Evan, Ryan and Pam believe that family is the most important thing in our lives. Being closer to family is what brought us all to this small village. After leaving home and living all over, we returned to the area where the boys were born to raise our family and open a brewery.

Located in a historic building in the village at 31 Ferry St. The taproom serves our fresh brew and other New York State Labelled Farm Beer, Wine and Spirits. We also have a limited menu of small bites. Please use Ferry Street Entrance. Our beautiful deck is open for outdoor seating.

FREE Public Parking lot is located behind the taproom can be accessed from alley entrance on the West side of the building as well as across the street in Fort Hardy Park. Limited street parking is available. Please do not park in tenant parking immediately behind the building.
Production Facility
7 Broad Street Schuylerville, NY
Located on our family property in the Carriage House @ 9 Gables, the production facility houses our small batch system. The production facility is not open the public except for guided tours and brewing collaboration.
